The reason being because commercial contracts can be cancelled with 10 days under the Consumer Protection Act, but not once work is done. The price was heart stopping high, but she never told anyone she did this. On a Saturday night dinner, she mentioned the company and the price and the 72hrs and I almost dropped a fork. Brian and Gorilla Gutters had just REPLACED all by gutters WITH covers for a fraction of the price of the TV company. While at the table I emailed Brian saying this seemed like something rotten and can he come and quote Monday as install was Tuesday. The email was a Hail Mary on a Saturday night with no way to know if or when the email would be read. Sunday morning Brian writes and says he will meet me Monday morning at Mom's place and he did. He quoted the SAME DAY to not just cover the gutters, but REPLACE them WITH covers AND replace all downspouts. The price? Exactly 41% she was contracted with the TV guys, who only were doing covers! Total scam!! I got the contract cancelled, Brian's team came in a week or two later and everything done and everyone happy and Mom quite relieved and thankful for Brian's efforts. It was really amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and Gorilla Gutters. He saved the day and thousands of dollars, but the way he saw that Saturday night email and jumped in to help so fast - he is a gem and I cannot recommend enough Gorilla Gutters. Amazing!
